You can't run IRC servers (IRCd) on our servers, but you can use IRC clients like ZNC, BNC, etc.

We do not store any backups of users’ data due to our low costs, we suggest users make and maintain their own backups.

You can't transmit, distribute, or store any material that breaks the law. This includes copyrighted, trademarked, or secret material used without permission, as well as anything obscene, defamatory, or threatening. Violating export control laws will also result in your VPS being terminated without a refund.
If you break our rules or terms, we'll suspend your account. You'll only get unsuspended if you promise not to do it again. Repeat offenders risk having their VPS terminated without warning or refund.
You can't host anything that insults, mistreats, bothers, or threatens any person or group.
You can't mine Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin, or any other *coin on our VPSs. However, you can run bitcoin, litecoin, or *coind for your websites, online applications, or personal/commercial use.
Running CPU-intensive services like Folding@home and others is not allowed on our VPSs.
"You can't use Tor exit nodes on our VPSs. If we find one, the VPS will be terminated without warning. However, middle, bridge, or entry nodes are acceptable. Also, raising a Chargeback/PayPal claim for refunds will lead to service suspension. Refund requests must be submitted through tickets only."
If your VPS slows down other VPSs on the same node, it will be rebooted. If the problem persists, it will be suspended until you contact us, explain why it affected the others, and promise not to repeat it.
Before buying, clients need to check the product specs, like CPU, RAM, storage, and IP addresses. No refunds if they find the resources aren't enough. But they can get more resources by contacting us through a support ticket for an extra fee.
