Account Terms

  1. SPAM is not allow. sending SPAM from our VPSs is no allowed and will result in termination with no refund given.
  2. IRC servers are not allowed. BUT IRC clients like ZNC, BNC, etc allowed.
  3. You (the client) may not upload any material that violates on the copyright. intellectual property rights, or trademark rights of any individual or organization.
  4. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. we cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.
  5. Piracy, hacking, cracking, phishing, fraud, susceptible software or text that encourages this activity and/or use is not allowed, if found result in termination with no refund.
  6. Refunds are only deal if the service does not work and/or cannot be fixed that case we will refund.
  7. note. if you face an issue in our service . you have to open a ticket at our client area we can fix the issue . We will not refund you if you cancel the order and asking for a refund without contacting our support team.
  8. We do not store any backups of users data due to our low cost. you(client) users make and maintain their own backups.
  9. If your VPS receive any complain (DMCA etc) from our network provider. you have 48 hours to create a ticket against your VPS. if you not create a ticket within 48 hours your we cant grant your complain . unsuspended once when you have complaint made against your VPS. and promise to never repeat the incident again and if the incident is repeated. the VPS terminated without warning and no refund.
  10. Porn and sex-related goods are alowed if it is legal in the city. like Kansas City, the state of Missouri, and the country of the United States of America..
  11. if you buy windows Vps on another source and provide us to harass that will synonyms cause. if it to any other user Webarehosting source or on another source network will result in termination of your VPS with no refund.
  12. Sending, distribute or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is not allowed. like this, Unlimited material protected by copyright. trademark, trade secret or other property right used without authorization. and material that is offensive an illegal threat, or violates export control laws will result in termination of your VPS(s) with no refund.
  13. If you violate our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service you will suspended. only unsuspended once he/she has promised to never repeat the incident again. if the incident repeated again the VPS terminated without warning and with no refund.
  14. You are responsible for all contents of your account. all Effect will carried only by you because the account holder.
  15. You may not applied any object that abuses, harass or threatens any person or group.
  16. Bitcoin/*coin mining not allowed on our VPS. you are allowed to run any of *coind on your VPSs for your websites or your online applications or personal/or commercial use.
  17. CPU-intensive services like Folding@home and others is not allowed on VPSs.
  18. Tor exit nodes not allowed on our VPS. if found you will be terminated without any warning.
  19. Note that Chargeback/PayPal claim for refund result in the suspension of services. refund requests are solve only via tickets .
  20. If your VPS affects the performance of the opposite VPSs on a similar node, your VPS are rebooted, if it continues to have an effect on the performance of the opposite VPSs on a similar node, it'll be suspended and can be unsuspended only if you contact U.S. and make a case for why the VPS was moving the performance of the opposite VPSs on a similar node and promise that the incident won’t be continual once more.
  21. Clients should check the specs of the merchandise they purchase, which incorporates, CPU resources, RAM allocation, storage (HDD) allocation, and IPv4 / IPv6 allocation at the time of purchase, refunds won't lean if the consumer finds the resources he has purchased ar shy for his desires, however the consumer will continuously get extra resources more to his product at an additional value by contacting U.S. via a support price tag at the consumer space.
  22. In the event of a shopper running a chargeback or a PayPal claim once his/her domain was created to be used (activated), can lead to Webarehosting gaining the correct over the domain and therefore the shopper are going to be denied access to his/her domain.
  23. Account credits can be transferred between new or existing users at Webarehosting but credits cannot be refunded and/or sent back to the user’s payment wallet/service.

For Account Activation

  1. the person signing /up for the Service will be the Account Owner for the purposes of our Terms of Service. the person who may use we may provide to the Account Owner in connection with the Service.
  2. If you are signing/ up for the Service on your employer, your employer is the Account Owner. If you are Service on behalf of your employer, then you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to our Terms of Service.
